Java Support Analyst
•Experience with troubleshooting and investigation;
•Able to lead major incident events through resolution, lead bridge calls, RCA and report
•Experience with documentation and knowledge transfer
•Prior experience in Production support environment, ability to handle and resolve incidents
•Knowledge of Ticket handling tools like Service Now, Remedy etc.
•Maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code
Proficient in Java, with a good knowledge of its ecosystems
•Familiar with various design and architectural patterns
Knowledge of concurrency patterns in Java
Familiarity with concepts of MVC, JDBC,
Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.
